Injection moulding production

At Häfner, 50 ultra modern automated injection moulding machines
operate in a three-shift system. With a clamping force of up to 16,000 kilonewtons
and an injection weight of up to 12,000 grammes in one shot, the finest structures
are possible. Assembly of process and delivery spools Häfner’s assembly
nd process spools offer an endless range of variations for the most diverse applications.
With our assembly spools you can combine your own flange and barrel.

Cleanroom production

Cutting edge cleanroom - production for medical equipment by Häfner. Effective cleanroom design.
The cleanroom design consists of an injection moulding machine located in the cleanroom with just a clamping unit and mould tools - known as the “rooming-in” process.
All essential control processes can be carried out from the outside.
Products remain untouched by human hands throughout manufacture.
It is the result that counts: the risk of possible contamination is kept to a minimum.
Product safety is a top priority. Häfner’s cleanroom is certified class 8 according to DIN EN ISO 14644-1 and has a particle/sterility level compliant with CGMP* class D.
This means that spool users do not need to carry out any subsequent cleaning.
The customer is our focus. Full service from product development and mould tool design to the production of aseptic spools.
Highly specialised toolmaking with 3D design, mould flow analyses, and ultra-modern measuring technology is one of the East Westphalians’ pet projects.

 

Our Certification

Our quality management system has been ISO 9001-certified since 1997, and our environmental management system has been ISO 14001-certified since 1999. In October 2012, our energy management system was certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 50001.
